Your favourite The Little Gym story?

- I love all The Little Gym classes but it makes me especially proud to watch the Birds transition from crawling to walking and talking! The development you see in each child during the Semester always amazes me but you can't beat a job where you get to see a child's first steps!

How did you get interested in sports?
- I have danced since I was 2 years old in a variety of styles including Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Contemporary and Lyrical and loved to compete in competitions and shows. I still regularly go to gym classes and especially enjoy Yoga and Body Balance.

What do you love to do in your free time?
- Most of my free time is spent with friends and family eating! I love to go out to restaurants and also enjoy cooking and baking at home. Yoga is a great way to burn off all the cake!

What can't you live without?
- Food!! An obvious one but I really could not live without good food! I love cooking and eating all kinds of food especially Sushi, Pizza and Thai.

Where have you lived?
- I was born in St Albans and have lived there most of my life other than four years in Ashbourne in Derbyshire from age 5-9 and University in Nottingham Trent which was a great 3 years. - After being at The Little Gym for over 4 years I have heard children say the funniest things and I love their honesty, they never fail to make you laugh! I couldn’t imagine not having a job where I get so many cuddles and get to act like a child again. From jumping like a frog, roaring like a dinosaur, to dancing like a Princess, there is never a dull moment at The Little Gym!

How did you get interested in sports?
- I was encouraged to try all sports as a child but I started Dancing at the age of 3yrs old and it was always my favourite! I worked my way through different Dance Grades, performed and competed in shows until I was 18yrs old. I then studied Fitness and qualified to teach studio classes, which I teach aside The Little Gym. I love the buzz and energy whilst teaching a Spin classes!

What do you love to do in your free time?
- Chilling and spending time with friends! I love being sociable and meeting up everyone. A cheeky shopping spree and Starbucks are also a must!

What can't you live without?
- SNACKS! I am always on the hunt for a tasty treat…yummy!

Where have you lived?
- I am from Welwyn Garden City and lived in the same house for 24 years! Each day at The Little Gym makes me more excited to start my own family. My partner and I are always looking for another holiday to book, as we love the sun and adventures!

- I have had the pleasure of working at The Little Gym for 6 years and have loved every second! Everyone knows that TLG is the place for children to grow not just physically but in confidence too. It’s a place where they make new friends and can try new challenges whilst having so much fun. Personally for me though TLG goes even deeper than that….Teaching all of these amazing children it is about…seeing a Beast free to explore and have fun, a Super Beast learning more structure and making a transition to becoming a Funny Bug…. Seeing the joy in a Funny Bugs face when they nail their first forward roll by themselves, a Giggle Worm/Good Friend kicking up that little bit higher in their handstands and a Flip/Hotshot becoming stronger and wanting to take on fantastic new challenges! As well as being able to teach children which I love I have built up friendships with parents too. The Little Gym Rocks!

How did you get interested in sports?
- I have always loved being physically active since primary school! My favourite sports were athletics, gymnastics and netball.

What do you love to do in your free time?
- In my free time I go to the gym where I enjoy weight and interval training. I also enjoy going away on holidays (where I find the nearest gym ha ha).

What can't you live without?
- Firstly friends and family!!! I couldn’t live without my alarm clock to wake me up early every morning, my collection of Nike trainers and my car

Where have you lived?
- I love holidays and have been to some amazing places including Milan, Venice and Barbados.

- My favourite thing about working at The Little Gym is everything! The members and the staff both make me feel like family but I love that I can be my crazy self and not feel uncomfortable! I also love that the children I teach always have fun as well as learn and build self confidence to try harder skills.

How did you get interested in sports?
- My Mum told me I would always dance around the house and love running in the parks, therefore she put me in dance and athletics from a young age. Ever since, I have had a passion for being active and just expressing myself! Whilst growing up, I took part in a lot of different sport activities! My favourite was playing golf with my dad and cheerleading in secondary school!

What do you love to do in your free time?
- I love spending time with my family at home looking after the younger siblings and baking cakes and biscuits to bring into work the next day! But I also love to vlog as I have a really big interest within the media subject!

What can't you live without?
- My camera! I love capturing and vlogging! Nevertheless, I couldn’t live without being creative in anything I do, whether that’s how I teach a class, or how I do my hair for work; being creative makes me stand out.

Where have you lived?
- My background country is St Lucia and Jamaica. I am originally from London. I went to secondary school in Swindon from year 7 to year 9, I then went to a Private Drama school in London called Sylvia Young as I had gained a scholarship. I am currently studying in West London. When I graduate from University, I hope to live in the USA as they have better networking, which benefits my career!

I love to travel and have been travelling with my parents from the age of 1. I have been to Paris, Tenerife, the whole of the Caribbean, Hawaii, Brazil and Canada!

- As much as I love all the classes, I especially love seeing the children in Funny Bugs gain confidence and make friendships with the other children. They are so happy and smiley. It's also nice to see that they understand perseverance and that if they keep trying, they can do it!

How did you get interested in sports?
- When I was a baby and toddler I did swimming classes with my Mum, and then carried this forward regularly as I grew up. I had an active participation in sports throughout my younger years in school. At the moment I have a martial arts lesson (karate) every week and am working towards achieving a black belt. I also enjoy trampolining and school which I do weekly during our PE lessons.

What can't you live without?
- It's got to be music and people. I love socialising with friends and family, meeting new people and making new connections. Moreover I couldn't live without music, life wouldn't be as exciting!

Where have you lived?
- I have grown up in Harpenden and still live her at the moment. It's such a warm and friendly place to live, it's nice walking through town and seeing many familiar faces. I currently go to school in Harpenden also.
